General information:

You will receive an offer by email within one working day for standard and express delivery.

The price includes all expenses to pick up the item at Munich Airport, professional packaging, postage and tracking services incl. VAT for postage to EU countries.

For the postage to countries out of the EU additional expenses for customs declare can arise. For more details please contact the customs authority of the export country.

Payment will be made in advance via Visa/Mastercard or standard bank transfer. In the case of bank transfer postage will be made once our account has been credited with the payment.

If the binding order is made on a working day (Mon-Fri except holidays in Bavaria, DE) before 12.00 am (local time Germany) your item will be picked up from Munich Airport and sent usually on the same day, otherwise the next working day.
